Karate Graduation

Megan graduated up to Advanced green belt in karate and green belt in Jujitsu. I graduated to orange/yellow belt in karate. Here are a few pics for you to enjoy from graduation night.

Fun with the family!!

Wanted to post a few pics from our recent trip from the grandbabies. Katie & Austin came up and stayed with us for 8 days. We enjoyed it so much. I am posting a few of our wonderful memories for you to see. The only sad part was saying goodbye at the end of their stay.

Anniversary Fun!!

Ricky and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary this month. Thanks to Ricky's wonderful employer, we were sent to the Opryland Hotel. Here are a few pics from our trip. We had a great time.

Other New Artwork from Megan

The quarterly Art Show was this past weekend at Hartselle Art Studio. Megan had 4 pieces of artwork on display. Along with the mouse and the rose she also had 2 other pieces. I am posting pictures for you to enjoy.

Alabama Middle School Art Contest

Megan entered the Alabama Middle School Art Contest. 77 pictures from the state of Alabama were chosen to be displayed at Montgomery School of Fine Arts. Megan's picture of a rose was chosen to be displayed!! She was so excited when she received her phone call.

Alabama Wildlife Federation Art Contest

Megan entered the Alabama Wildlife Federation Art Contest and won 3rd place. She drew a picture of a beach mouse. I am very proud of her. Way to go Megan!!!
