The Whole Coconut Cookbook **Book Review*

I received this book from Blogging for books free of charge in return for my honest opinion.
This is a beautiful color book.  There are many full color pictures and many many recipes to try.
With all the new "health craze" on coconut, this book is just what the doctor ordered.

There are many recipes and most of them are fairly easy.  They have step by step directions and many of them use food you will already have.

If you like to cook or know someone that does, this is a must have.
The directions are easy to follow and shouldn't require much prepare ahead of time items.

I would recommend this book to most anyone that loves to cook or that is health conscious about the food they consume.
I will give this book 4.5 stars.  Go grab one before they are all done.

The Third Target *book review*

I was given the book, The Third Target, by Tyndale house to give my personal review.

As with many of Joel Rosenberg's books, this is definitely a page turner! The story seems to be pulled straight out of the news reports today.

This book will keep you interested and in the end it leaves the possibility of writing a sequel.

If you like thrillers, you will enjoy this book. If you like books that seem to be torn from the headlines of today's news, you'll like this book.

I give the book 5 stars and highly recommend anyone that enjoys a good thriller.

Spark Joy - Book review

I have never read anything by this author, but since the book was free for my honest review, I wanted to give it a try.

This book is great to help you see what sparks joy in your life. It helps you with tidying up the things in your life. If it doesn't start joy, it goes.

It also gives you great tips on folding and stacking to keep the things neat and tidy that you love.

I recommend this book to anyone that wants to get things all tidy. When things are tidy, you are happier. A happier you is always a good thing.

Jesus Speaks **book review**

I received the devotional, Jesus Speaks, from blogging for books at no charge in exchange for my honest opinion of the book.

This is a 365 day devotional type book. Each day has a verse of scripture to start your day off.   The author has then written a short understanding of the passage in first person.

You then end with another verse of scripture and at the bottom of each page there are topics that relate to the days text with page numbers out of The Greatest Story Ever Told.

I liked the length of each day's text, and the variety of topics that are used were great, but I didn't like that you really needed The Greatest Story Ever Told to go along with this devotional to complete each day's task.

I enjoyed reviewing this book and would recommend it to others. It would make a great gift idea for anyone. It has guidance and encouragement each day from Gods word.

The Rooftop Growing guide

The Rooftop growing guide is an excellent guide to turning that extra space of a rooftop into a garden. Whether it's flowers, vegetables or both that you are wanting to plant, this guide sees you through the process completely.

It starts by giving you information on planning your garden. Continues through the process of planting your seeds and then planting your seedlings.

There is an abundance of information inside this book, complete with full color pictures.

This book can be used even if you are planting a small garden in your yard. The information is very good and can be adjusted to fit your own personal needs.

I received this book free of charge from blogging for books in exchange for my honest review.  I would give this book 5 stars and would recommend it for anyone interested in starting a small garden. The information is so well presented, it can  be used by someone with minimum knowledge in planting gardens.

Bedtime prayers that end with s hug

This book is so cute on the outside! It is one of those books that just makes you want to purchase it for a small child. But the cover isn't the only part I like.

The pages are so colorful. Each day gives you some "snuggle time", a bedtime bible thought, a prayer and hug time. This is a great way to get the smaller children to understand the importance of prayer and bible study on their level.

The book not only involves the child, but the parent or grandparent also have a part each night.

I think this will make a great gift for a smaller child that is ready to be introduced to a "devotional and prayer" time each night.

I was given this book from Tyndale house free of charge in exchange for my honest review.   I would recommend this book and also give it 5 stars.

The bee-friendly Garden *book review*

My first impression of this book was great! It has a beautiful cover and lots of full color pictures.

Not only is this a beautiful book to look at, but it has great information as well. It tells us why we need a bee friendly garden, how to design and plant our garden as well.

This book goes into detail on the basics of a bee friendly garden and even how to plant an edible bee friendly garden.

If you are interested in planting a bee friendly garden, but don't know where to start, this book can really help you. It even has a section on becoming a Bee activist.

This book would make a great gift for those people that enjoy gardening. I give it 5 stars all the way around.

I was given this book by blogging for books, free of charge in exchange for my honest review.
